Here’s how our bidding process works:

First, ensure you’re logged into your account to begin bidding.
Bidding is only available while the auction is open, which is indicated by the countdown timer on the right or bottom side of the auction/product page.
After winning an auction, expect an email outlining the next steps along with your invoice. We have an administration fee of €0,00 (Free!)
Payment terms are set at 7 days from the auction’s conclusion.
Failure to complete payment within this period will result in the pigeon being offered to the second highest bidder or re-listed in another auction.
All invoicing is conducted in Euro, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that pigeon pickup or shipping is contingent upon full payment.
Transport can be arranged through our recommended transporters or managed independently.

From July 1st 2021, a European law affects the VAT rate when you:
- Buy a racing pigeon via an electronic medium (website, phone, email, etc.),
- Are a private consumer (not a business liable for VAT), and
If these conditions are met, the VAT rate of the destination EEA country applies to the purchase price.
